Relating the ideas of multiplicity and fragmentation, crystal workshop is a nod to youthful science experiments, and an in-situ attempt to capture and manufacture the exponential growth of wild crystals. Multi-faceted formations of alum, sucrose, and borax dangle above their vessels, as they persist in emitting light alluding to transference of energy, and transformation. Placed in opposition to each other, the textual interface of home-grown crystals behave similarly to the +/- ions, as they confront and yet make stable the encounter.
